Solitary thyroid metastasis from a renal cell carcinoma diagnosed and treated 12 years before: a case report

Abstract

The authors report a case of a solitary thyroid metastasis in a 62-year-old woman. The clinical history of the patient and the histologic findings are consistent with a renal origin of the tumor.
