Abstract

Carcinoid tumors are very rarely seen. We have treated 10 patients with carcinoid tumors in the last 4 years. We used arterial chemo-embolisation, embolisation, hepatic arterial ligature and a drug therapy with octreotide and interferon alpha after the resection of the primary tumor.
