Its clear that platforms like Juicebox within the analytics space, Darwinbox within the HRMIS arena, Talent Pulse from Accendo Technologies that provides profiling and assessment of the talent pool, CoachingHub and BetterUp within the #executivecoaching space as well as Mevrik within the Customer Experience space to name a few are making significant changes to the way we think, behave and work. I admire people who have the courage & intelligence to ask simple direct and pertinent questions to cut out the clutter. During a meeting with a seasoned professor yesterday; which lasted just about 8 minutes, I discovered these million dollar questions. Sharing these for anyone who may find value in these. Especially useful for those who might get caught up in intense diagnostic solutions. Use this in your next diagnostic meeting: 1. What is the problem we wish to tackle? 2. Why do we have this problem in the first place? 3. Why have the leaders/people not been able to solve it? 4. Assuming we crack it/ solve it... -What results will we see OR -What does success look like? I am a firm believer that intelligence is meant to simplify and not complicate work or life:) At work, in politics, for nation development, family issues, innovation or just about anything...these questions could be a great discovery tool.
