The Dukling, an iconic traditional Chinese junk boat frequently spotted around Hong Kong’s picturesque Victoria Harbour, is embarking on a special tour this week to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the People's Republic of China.

Organized by China Daily, AIA Hong Kong, China Mobile Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, and Quantum Life Limited, the collaborative event titled Capturing Dukling Victoria Harbour Boat Tour is set to sail from September 30 to October 7.

Boasting nearly 70 years of history, the Dukling has become an emblem of Hong Kong's maritime heritage. According to its operator, the junk boat was restored to its original design in 2015.

This unique tour is expected to attract both locals and tourists as it sails across the harbor as the city celebrates the nation's founding anniversary.
