I know it's Sunday, won't take a lot of your time. All I'm here to tell is the joy small wins bring us. I'm sure many of you are already in your "big wins" era. I'm in my small wins era. I love it. Yesterday, my Instagram post reached 3k views within 1 hour of posting. It's my first post to reach 3k. 👉🏻 Back story: →I've decided not to post yesterday since I dint record anything beforehand. →I was generally scrolling Instagram, and I decided to record a reel. It was unplanned. →It took me literally 2 minutes. Is this the sign that it's always unplanned content performs well? Maybe. Maybe not. What if I scroll past that reel and never recorded one? Would I be able to celebrate this small win today? I don't know. But, I'm glad I did. So, next time you like any reel and want to record it. Do it then and there and post. It happened by “accident.” However, it was sad at the beginning for I got fired on a certain beautiful morning. It is not the end of the world, but rather the beginning of your story. Look out for other avenues to make yourself useful. I discovered TikTok at the time when I got fired. I went ahead and shot some videos sharing my knowledge in business, uploaded them on the App, and with time doors started opening for me. The 100K per minute video comes from a single brand. Lots of brands reach out to me for partnerships. If their values align with mine, I collaborate. I have created my own systems too. Even poured all my business secrets into the books I have written👇🏿 📍How To Start And Run A Business  📍The Power of Compounding Money  📍How To Make Money Online I was also crowned Male TikToker of the Year 2023, by People's Choice Awards. All this would not have been possible, had I not been fired. So, whatever happens to you, no matter how painful it is, swallow the bitter saliva and then drink some water; for every storm endured, an opportunity is meant to arise. The future is bright. Pro Tip: The only thing to change here is your picture. And the picture needs to be GOOD. One of my biggest influences on LinkedIn is Justin Welsh. I talk about him fairly regularly. So, with your picture you could do something similar where an influence for you has complimented you. Or maybe something like: - A screenshot of a clean calendar - A screenshot of on time payments - A screenshot of your website views spiking Have fun with it! Try to entertain your audience.

🥳🥳🥳On today's episode of celebrating small wins and focusing on the big ones I'm celebrating 2k followers Crossing this milestone took a long period than expected but here we are I have learnt a lot on this journey because it's more personal self development and growth for me I will be talking about 4 points today 1️⃣Your followers count doesn't determine what you can achieve here unlike other social media app. What does is how you position yourself, How good you are at your skill and How articulate you are 2️⃣Connecting with your connection outside Linked is not always nice, the fact that people are nice to you in the comment session or their post doesn't make them a good person(Some people will make you feel less of yourself and even treat you badly once you are out of this app(story for another day) 3️⃣Not all offers are worth accepting- People tend to use you once they see you are just starting up 📍Be audacious-You have to bold enough and be willing to push boundaries as you take unconventional ideas 📍Maintain a standard of not accepting offers that don't sit well with you all because you want to make sales or because you want to have social proof 4️⃣Genuie people still exist: Some people will support you for no reason and without expecting anything in return No likes for likes Engagement for engagement Or anything whatsoever They just want to see you soar high and Keep sharing opportunities with you That person for me is Ibekwe Obinna Omoo this guy is too much To all my 2k followers I say a big thank you the video below is for you🥳I celebrate everyone today I know every 2k of you😂I can't just start mentioning names because this space can not contain if I start listing everyone's name 2000 no small na Thank you once again #Lillitribe

A lot of Who-ing, not enough What-ing It’s great if you’re the type of person to scream your spiel to whoever will listen. Definitely not a quality that everyone has. The risk of failure, embarrassment,  and criticism from strangers that you were trying to appeal to is downright frightening. Your bravery is rewarded by recognition in some cases, and you become a Who. Your name will ring bells and remind people of how you made them feel. Great for you, if you’re that person. But this rise to fame is met by copycats. People that want to take the same path, in order to unlock the same success. And this is where most people lose sight of what is most important. It’s the What that matters the most. Sure, it’s great having an influence. But I’m the consumer, and I don’t pay attention nor care about influencers. I have the money to purchase whatever it is that you’re offering, but I’m not on social media. I don’t watch Youtube. The only possible way that I will ever be interested in your product is if I feel a strong sense of What. Are you a perfectionist at What you offer? Is there a difference between What you do vs. everyone else? The moving force that drives you…What is it? It’s the What that matters to me. The Who worked, you got yourself in front of me. But if I don’t feel your What, then I’m gonna have to pass. The only person that ever made money from moving backwards is Michael Jackson. Move forward by making sure that you are improving your What everyday, and the Who will come.

Who’s guilty of this? 👀🙋🏼♂️ I know I am… Ever posted something on socials and catch yourself hitting refresh every few minutes/seconds, hoping for those likes and comments to start rolling in? Been there, done that! 😅 But here’s the thing, building a presence and getting genuine engagement here, doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time and commitment. It’s about showing up, day in, day out! Consistency and authenticity is key to growing on ALL social platforms. I didn't see him online for days. I became worried. This is someone who doesn't joke with consistency. A LinkedIn influencer for that matter. What happened? Sadly, I didn't have his number. My bad. Few days ago, I checked again. Luckily, I saw the green guy on his profile. Indicating he is online. Immediately, I sent him messages. To find out if everything is okay. Then he broke the sad news to me. He said he lost his dad. He is trying to process the whole thing. Then it hit me hard, how we all have our struggles. LinkedIn users keep making this platform look like all we have here are people with perfect lives. While the reality of it is. All we have here are humans with life struggles. Well, my new month message for you is, Be kind. People are going through a lot. Be kind with your words. Be kind to strangers. You shouldn't just be on LinkedIn for followers and jobs. And on the final day!! If you didn't know, for the past month i've been posting every single day of January. I challenged myself in 2024 to show up for my #personalbrand and stay consistent in my approach. This is 'my' year and I wanted to start off on the right foot. So, let's break down the statistics to see how effective posting every day is. Impressions were at 8,700 for the month 371 engagements with individual clients, friends, connections and fellow business owners. 30 days. 1 post a day. What could I have done better? This is my ONE piece of advice to you and to myself. Be consistent in EVERYTHING. I don't just mean posting. I'm talking about; The time in which you post ⏱ The style of content 🎨 Your message. 🗒 Networking 🎤 I could have done a few of these better. But as a starting point and using this method as a way of collecting information, I can now review what's worked and what hasn't, which will allow me adapt and change my approach. I'm still going to be posting frequently, repost relatable memes and keep in touch with you.
