- All pre-printed passes whose requests (SECNAV 5512’s) were received on or before PPW will be available for pickup at the white tents near Gate 1 from 0700 -1430 on August 8-11
- Requests for access (SECNAV 5512’s) will be accepted throughout PPW but passes will not be ready for pickup until 6 September.
- Requests for access (SECNAV 5512’s) will be accepted via mail or in person throughout the year.
- No DBIDS will be issued during PPW (8– 11 Aug).

Aug. 8 (Thursday):

Pedestrians: 0500-2200

Open 24 hours a day
Stadium screening & bussing:
0630-1700
Buses will pick up at the Stadium, and drop off at Alumni Hall
Aug. 9 (Friday):
Gate 1:

Gate 3:

- After 1800 parents can drop their Plebe off at the Gate 1 Visitor Control Center.
- Please limit your hand carried items.
By bringing only the essentials, you will minimize your time at screening checkpoints. - Observe all reserved parking signs, painted red curbs, etc.
Police strictly enforce regulations and non-compliance may result in a payable citation and/or a vehicle being towed. - On 8/8 and 8/9 from 0530-0730, roads on the lower yard of the USNA near the Dewey Seawall and surrounding area will be closed for safety during scheduled physical training.
- Concealed weapons permits are NOT valid on the USNA and weapons are not authorized anywhere on USNA or Federal property.
This is strictly enforced by security/police. - Parents with appropriate credentials that permit driving on the Yard (CAC, DBIDS, etc) who desire to arrive early and observe PEP should consider using Gate 8
