Primary liaison with regulators in Canada, US, UK, Ireland and Asia Pacific.

Hands-on design and implementation of global transformation programs (budget of $100MM) across regulatory compliance and vendor governance functions within Risk Management and Compliance. This has involved building the required governance, policies, operating models, processes and technology to support end-to-end management of regulatory compliance and Third Party Risks. Key achievement was the launch of a first time data hub to support metrics-driven automated Board reporting for regulatory compliance and vendor governance risks. In addition, advanced analytics was deployed to support surveillance of Capital Markets trading and Wealth Management advisors. This required strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Business and Technology as well as a deep understanding of industry practice and regulatory expectations in these risk topics.
