Really impressed with quality of bike and all accessories, especially at this price point. Bike is stable, robust, and easier to handle than other cargo ebikes we've tried. We use it to go plant and grocery shopping and plan to use it to commute kiddos to daycare beginning in another 6 months. Everything adjusts and swaps out very quickly--baskets, bike packs, seat, screen, battery etc. We recently did 80 mi on a mini vacation and took it on gentle trails in the woods, grass paths across fields, and down sandy dirt roads and it handled all very well with the standard tires.

I bought this during a promotion and it was shipped immediately, but unfortunately, got lost in transit. Aventon's customer service team is excellent! It was out of stock when the team helped me place another order and while it took a month from order placed to actual delivery, it was well worth the wait! The packaging and sturdiness of the cardboard protected my bike. Setup took about an hour (grateful for the setup email with video!) and went without a hitch. It's absolutely beautiful! In less than a week, we've already put 25 miles on it and it rides wonderfully. We have three kids: 8YO, 5YO and 10MO and every kiddo enjoys the ride. Hope to ride in good health for years to come! Thanks for a wonderful experience so far!
