Process: Scope Planning and documenting current process and future requirements. Justify customizations where existing functionality did not support operations.
Result & Outcome: With strict controls on the tests and deliverables, the project went 'on-line' on schedule. As a result of the stringent tests conducted by the team, the 'roll-back' option was not used on any of the modules.
