​Separate yourself from electronics an hour before sleep​

Your brain can become overstimulated by tablets, smartphones, and laptops, making it difficult to truly unwind. Additionally, the light from these electronic devices may prevent you from producing melatonin on a regular basis.

Spend money on better mattress and bedding

Making sure you are comfortable enough for a nap requires having the ideal mattress for your requirements and preferences.

Avoid taking caffeine in the evening

One dose can improve concentration, vigour, and athletic performance. However, caffeine stimulates your nervous system when consumed late in the day and may prevent your body from naturally relaxing at night.

Eat dinner atleast 3 hours before bed

If your body is still digesting a large dinner, it might be more difficult to fall asleep. Try to avoid late dinners and limit particularly fatty or spicy foods to reduce the likelihood of food-related sleep disruptions.

At least 7 hours of sleep

A person atleast requires 7 hours of peaceful sleep daily. Give yourself as much as time you can to wind down and prepare for sleep before going to bed.
