Govt seeks to encourage greater private sector participation in entire Space economy value chain: Pawan Goenka

One of the major objectives of the Indian Space Policy 2023 that got Cabinet approval on April 6 is to increase the country’s share in the global space economy from 2% to 10% for which private sector investments are paramount. The policy authorises Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Center (IN-SPACe) to act as the single window agency for clearance of Space activities by government entities as well as non-government entities.
