Supplemental Terms of Service for Copilot Integration Services
Updated: June 2024
Subscriptions. Use of Copilot services that integrate with other Microsoft Online Services and apps that enable features within such services (collectively, “Copilot Integration Services”) is governed by existing Product Terms (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2173816) that apply to you through your organization’s subscription agreement with Microsoft and may require subscriptions to other Microsoft Online Services such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and/or Power Automate (collectively “Microsoft Subscriptions”). You may lose access to certain functionality of Copilot Integration Services if any applicable Microsoft Subscriptions end or are terminated.
Data Flows and Permissions. Copilot Integration Services may enable data flow both to and from other Microsoft and/or third-party services, including Microsoft 365. Such data flows are subject both to Microsoft and applicable third-party terms and conditions. An administrator with appropriate rights may further enable or disable specific data flows within the Copilot Integration Services, including via extensions. Further, Copilot Integration Services may delegate additional permissions to apps or add-ins, including the ability to participate in meetings and/or collect transcripts. Review these app permissions and any applicable documentation for the Copilot Integration Services for more information.
