Here are some key achievements and milestones we’re making to be part of the future of #LanguageAI in Taiwan:   1. Dedicated Taiwan Team: We've set up a specialized team to meet the evolving needs of the local market. With use cases ranging from compliance to customer service quality assurance and business insight discovery, we're poised to transform how Taiwnese enterprises leverage Language AI to navigate business challenges and capture opporunties. 2. Taiwanese ASR Model: After months of focused R&D and machine learning, Fano’s Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) model is now locliazed and supports Taiwanese Mandarin, Hokkien and English. 3. FinTechSpace Taiwan Accelerator Program: We are thrilled to join the vibrant network of tech innovators in FinTechSpace Taiwan, founded by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) in Taiwan. We aim to further promote and showcase Fano's Language AI solutions to clients in Taiwan with the available resources from the community.   We look forward to unlocking new opportunities and driving innovation in Taiwan and beyond! During the presentation, Dr Lam showcased a powerful demo of our latest agent assist solution #FocoGAIN, which combines advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI and machine learning technologies to provide real-time assistance and insights for customer service representatives during customer interactions.
