Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in commerce (B. Com) or equivalent. •Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. •Ability to work in a flexible shift, including evenings and weekends. • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Basic computer skills is required.
