What do you do if stakeholders don't understand the value and benefits of your innovative projects?
It is extremely necessary to draft and narrate a customised & compelling value-story to various stakeholders in order for them resonate with the use cases which concerns their domain scope. If the story is able to resonate with the core issues, then all next steps are going to be easily aligned. Conducting user-persona research and interviewing them prior in a structured regulated environment to gather their inhibitions, objectives, pain areas will help in coming out with a compelling use case. subsequent story-boarding and value prop articulation will act as a deal clincher.

What do you do if your program management strategies are not effectively scaling and sustaining innovation?
Even before undertaking a detailed audit of the entire framework, I would do the following if my program management strategies are not effectively scaling and sustaining innovation. Foremost, I would run a quick check if all the basic assumptions are variables are correctly factored in, or in other words if something drastic has changed/evolved after the scope was finalised and a blueprint was firmed-up. Incase the scope and assumptions remain as embodied initially, it will serve well to revisit the various components of the program to check for any obvious faultiness in design or implementation. Subsequently, All sub-components of each module will be compared against original parameters to diagnose the lag and take remedial measures.
