In my current role as Senior Associate Benefits Consultant at ekincare, I have exceeded monthly and quarterly Sales Qualified Lead and Deals Sourced targets by 27%. I have initiated conversations with potential clients via Phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach, documented all outreach and prospecting activities in a CRM tool, and planned creative events with marketing to drive the attendance of prospects. I am also an active member of the team by sharing learnings and have been recognized as a top 2 performer in the current fiscal period.
During my time at Sirma Business Consulting, I was responsible for the creation of 2 websites from the beginning to the go-live stage. I created presentations, proposals, strategies, market research, brochures, whitepapers, and blogs for products. I also generated leads through LinkedIn and email marketing, delivered product demos and training to clients and partners, and participated in a couple of virtual conferences. I supervised and worked with a group of 35 interns.
