Her previous experience includes tenures at GS Lab,Cybage Software and Manpower consulting where she has handled HR functions like Recruitment ,Employee engagement and relations Performance Management , Training and Development etc.

Harshada holds a post-graduation diploma in Public Relations from Mumbai university and a bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University.
