We are happy to share our Q4 and Annual Financial Year 2024 Results. Driven by SEZ reforms and demand recovery across sectors, with a strong preference for our #sustainability-focused Grade A assets, #FY2024 achieved the highest new #leasing since our IPO. We received the 5-star #GSREB rating for the second time in a row and the 2023 British Safety Council Sword of Honour for all five #Candor assets, which aligns with our global ESG framework for a brighter future.

We are pleased to share that we will be acquiring a 50% stake in four marquee commercial properties at an enterprise value of c. Rs 60,000 million from the Bharti Real Estate. These assets are in established #office micro-markets, with excellent connectivity, modern retail, and F&B offerings that create a vibrant live-work-play environment.  Ankur Gupta, Head of Asia Pacific & Middle East, Real Estate at Brookfield, said, “We are pleased to extend our partnership with the Bharti Group through this strategic venture making them a significant investor in BIRET. With this acquisition, we add New Delhi to our portfolio making BIRET the most diverse office REIT in India. Today, Brookfield India Real Estate Trust announced strong Q3 results, driven by exceptional leasing performance. Gross leasing surpassed 1.0M sf for the quarter including a record quarterly new leasing of 0.5M sf since our IPO, highlighting the continued demand for Grade A office assets. We are optimistic about the continued growth potential of our SEZ assets. The recently announced reforms are expected to further boost their demand, and we have applied for the conversion of 1.0M sf of SEZ spaces into non-processing areas across our portfolio.
