  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1 small boiled,peeled,finely chopped potato
  • 1 small finely chopped tomato
  • 2 inches finely chopped ginger
  • 1 small finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 teaspoon raw peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon aaloo bhujia
  • 2 tablespoon green chutney
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves

How to make Jhal Muri

Step 1 / 3 Mix the ingredients together

To make this popular Bengali snack recipe, take a deep glass bowl and add puffed rice, tomato, potato, onion, ginger, cucumber, green chilli, raw peanuts and bhujiya. Mix these ingredients gently with a spoon.
