Many organizations are faced with an increase in globalization, market segmentation, and demand fluctuation. To remain competitive, organizations are forced to respond to these developments. For example by increasing organizational flexibility and agility, shortening throughput times, customer demand driven supply chain, and outsourcing of non-value added activities.

I help organizations to manage this increasingly complex supply chain. I have a passion for logistics and supply chain management. I try to find smart and sustainable solutions for complex issues in difficult environments, and know how to lead intensive change- processes into succes.

  • A research into improvement of the production and logistics processes at Miedema.

    University of Twente

    The problem analysis and the implemented concept was presented in a booklet, and was distributed among the stakeholders at Miedema. This bookled was also used as my bachelor thesis, which was awarded with grade 9 out of 10 and enabled me to finish my studies 6 months in advance.
