No matter how much offers or rewards you provide, it's not going to sit well with users if the UI is not upto the mark. The app lags behind other platforms in sooooo many ways, it's undeniable. The UI looks like it's wasn't “designed” rather “filled”. It looks so congested that it's painful to watch it work. No consistency at all within the platform. Everything has it's own life. Nothing binds each other. It has lot of miles to cover before even being considered aa a competitor.

Pathetic app. You need to select the delivery location every time you open the app to order something since it default to Mumbai location. I certainly don't think it so hard to achieve to avoid repetitive inconvenience to end users. In addition, the app is very slow and mostly pops up with something or other as error which is very irritating.

The app performance has improved no doubt. But if you want to force us to use your app for UPI transactions bring it on par with something like Samsung pay, which opens with a swipe up and ready for payment within a second. This app takes around 5-8 second to be ready to use. So a suggestion, make your app so good that people change to it themselves instead of forcing them. Update: more issues: Card not shown as option, while works on other apps. Takes ages to find approve payment option.
