Well, here is a delicious and super healthy Chaat recipe, which is perfect for diabetics as it prepared with roasted chana, loads of veggies, herbs and taste accentuating spices. So, follow us through some simple steps and enjoy!

​​Why roasted chana?​

Roasted chana is great for diabetics due to its low glycemic index, which helps regulate blood sugar levels. It's also rich in fiber, which slows down sugar absorption, and contains protein that aids in maintaining steady energy levels without causing spikes in blood glucose. Regular consumption can support balanced blood sugar management in diabetic individuals.

​​Ingredients​

2 cups of roasted chana, 2 small tomatoes, 1 large onion, 2 handful coriander leaves, 3-4 green chilies, ½ tsp roasted jeera, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, salt and black pepper, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 cup curd, chutneys as per taste.
