Crocs United Singapore hosted our 2024 CU Bowling Tournament, and it was a fun and exciting event to discover the hidden bowling talents on Crocs Team! 🎳🎉 After three exhilarating rounds of bowling, we proudly announced the winners of the individual category for female and male bowling champions, and winners of the team category who attained the top team scores. Fantastic celebration ensued, awarding our victorious winners with trophies and cash vouchers. 🏆🎁 A well-earned respite from the hectic workdays and excellent performance from our employees who sacrificed very much for the first half of 2024. Aside from gutter-balls and delectable food, the tournament was a wonderful opportunity for our Crocs Singapore to unwind, engage in meaningful conversation, and strengthen our Crocs Team. Crocs Shenzhen hosted a traditional dragon boat race to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival. 🐉🚣♂️ The event began with the symbolic eye-painting ceremony on the dragon boat, infusing it with life and marking the start of the race. Teams then engaged in the intense, tug-of-war-like competition, racing through the 500-meter course. Recently last week, our Jinjiang Office hosted a First Aid Training session in collaboration with our employee insurance vendor, ICBC-AXA Life Insurance. During the session, our employees received comprehensive training covering essential first aid techniques such as CPR, the Heimlich Maneuver for choking incidents, and methods for controlling bleeding.   We firmly believe that investing in our team's safety and wellbeing is paramount. With this training, our employees now have the confidence and skills to provide immediate assistance in case of an emergency. On April 22, 2024, we marked the 55th anniversary of Earth Day. Crocs demonstrates support for environmental protection through our actions! At Crocs Singapore, we had the incredible opportunity to immerse ourselves in nature and embrace its beauty at a local Nature Reserve. 🌲 Stepping out of the office for a day allowed us to disconnect from our screens and reconnect with the Earth. As we walked through the trails, we were reminded of the importance of preserving and protecting our natural environment. Crocs Japan celebrated Earth Day by switching off lights and electronic devices during lunch. Employees shared ideas for Earth-friendly actions while enjoying sweets made from trees, bamboo, and recycled cacao. 🌳 Each sweet was created to address social and environmental issues through consumption and by seeking foods that actually benefit the Earth, aiming to achieve a sustainable society. Crocs Shenzhen collaborated with the building management team where they hosted a successful Earth Day event that drew a large crowd. At the event, attendees had the opportunity to participate in engaging environmental conservation quizzes and games. Participants also shared their thoughts and feelings on a message board. 📋 Through this event, participants gained a deeper understanding of Earth Day's significance and our environmental challenges, inspiring everyone to take actions together to protect the Earth. Continuing the celebrations, Crocs Shanghai came together to celebrate Earth Day, where they embraced the spirit of environmental responsibility and encouraged everyone to save energy and reduce carbon emissions through a "Crocs walk" activity. 🚶♂️🚶♀️In addition, they hosted a "Dongmen" mini programme where employees uploaded Crocs with green or environmental protection to express Dongmener's determination to protect the planet. At Crocs Korea, the Crocs United team organized a city plogging event in celebration of Earth Day. Splitting into two groups, employees embarked on either the Namsan or Olympic Park route. With enthusiastic participation, this event held profound significance as employees not only contributed to cleaning up the city but also cultivated positive relationships among each other. 🏙️ It was a truly meaningful celebration of Earth Day, reflecting their commitment to environmental stewardship and team unity.
