Set 6000 years after the Mahabharata, the film draws inspiration from Hindu scriptures. Prabhas stars as Bhairava, a bounty hunter determined to gain entry into a place called "Complex." Deepika Padukone plays Sumathi, also known as Sum-80, a mother carrying an unborn child destined to liberate the world from dark forces.
