Himachal Pradesh: Two men held with 3kg charas

MANALI: An Italian and a Nepalese were arrested with 3.13kg charas, police said.

Kullu SP Gaurav Singh said Claudio Piccirilli of Italy and Ram Lal of Nepal were identified as the accused.
