Dangerous manholes on a busy road.

Being a very busy route that connects Old MLA Quarters with Basheer Bagh(Sher Gate) it's a major risk to not only the pedestrians but for the automobiles as well. Plus the garbage on the same route and many stray dogs make it difficult to cross the road safely.
