Deadly damaged road with waterlogging

No authority is taking the responsibility to reconstruct it. Several accidents have already occurred here but no one cares despite many complaints and requests. Only measurements are taken but road is never built. This is at Ambedkar Gate Road, F block, Krishna Nagar.
