Potholes filled & broken Saint Norbert Church Road

Road was tarred around March 2018 but contractor left the place without clearing drains filled with stones and sand. Lot of water flows on road instead of drains. problem has been reported to BBMP multiple times through BBMP Sahaaya and twitter. They even assigned a docket number but did not take any action. Road is becoming worst with each rain and cars get stuck and bikers skid and fall almost daily.
