The top floor of this building in Pocket-A, Dilshad Garden, is in very bad shape due to continuous rains and non-maintenance by the owner. The situation is so dangerous that the top floor can fall anytime on all the families staying below. Request the authorities concerned for immediate action or there will be significant human loss.
