where do pedestrians walk ???

The pavements are either broken, covered by garbage, occupied by vehicles or by men shamelessly urinating. Adding to the worst, the Pourakarmikas collect all the plastic they need and scatter the rest of the garbage all across the pavement. Concerned corporator and the BBMP commissioner must consider this complaint.
