AHMEDABAD: In a surprising turn of events, a student from Kharasana village, Jhalod Taluka, Gujarat, a fourth-grader at a local primary school, managed to surpass the maximum possible marks in two of her subjects.

According to her report card, Vanshiben Manishbhai scored 211 and 212 marks in Gujarati and Mathematics, respectively. The total marks for these subjects were 200.

After the release of the results, it came to light that a mistake had been made during the compilation process. As a result, the authorities issued an updated result sheet to rectify the error.

The revised scores showed that the student had achieved an impressive 191 out of 200 in Gujarati and 190 out of 200 in Mathematics, while "the remaining subjects' scores remained unchanged.
