Karnataka Lok Sabha elections: In flipped seats, Congress margin not so high
In the Lok Sabha polls, Karnataka saw 12 flipped constituencies — a party wresting a seat from its opponent. Given that it won only one seat in 2019, Congress flipped all nine seats it won.
It also lost the seat it held (Bangalore Rural) to BJP, while winning eight from BJP. JD(S) snatched one from an independent while it got the other BJP seat as part of its alliance.
