BJP will make Arunachal 2nd largest eco in NE by ’47: JP Nadda
Nadda pledged to double the per capita income in the next five years, if the party comes to power, aiming to make Arunachal Pradesh the second largest economy with the highest per capita income among northeastern states by 2047.
He later wrote on X, “This manifesto of Arunachal Pradesh is not merely a documentation; it’s a roadmap for Arunachal Pradesh’s journey to become ‘ViksitArunachal’.”

The party aims to implement the DTH model of Development, Transparency and Harmony to realize the vision of 'Viksit Arunachal' in alignment with 'Viksit Bharat'.
The BJP's commitments include increasing financial aid under the PM Kisan Yojana, launching the 'Arunachal Pradesh Agri-Infra Mission' to enhance agricultural infrastructure and initiating the 'Mithun and Yak Rearing Mission' to support indigenous breeds and local livelihoods. Additionally, the party plans to revamp the 'Dulari Kanya Scheme' for girls pursuing higher education and provide subsidised LPG cylinders under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana.
The 'Sankalp Patra' also outlines initiatives like the Arun Shri Mission to upgrade schools, the 'Arunachal Pradesh Gati Shakti Master Plan' for infrastructural development, and the introduction of Suryodaya EV buses and charging stations for sustainable transportation.
In the healthcare sector, the BJP plans to allocate Rs 1,000 crore for modernising medical infrastructure and expanding bed capacity across healthcare facilities.
