JEE (Main) comprises of two papers; (i) Paper-1 (B.E./B.Tech.) is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech). (ii) Paper-2 (B.Arch/ B. Planning) is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning courses in the Country.

JEE Main Session 1 will be conducted from January 24 to February 01, 2023. The exam will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second shift from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
