The first half of the film is all about college life, falling in love and the ups and downs that come with it. In the second half though, it takes a unique turn. Besides the love story, the movie also celebrates friendships, college life and the importance of having the right people in your life.A youthful entertainer, the movie takes place in a span of 10 years and director Arun succeeds in capturing the journey beautifully, despite some shortcomings. Dheekshith Shetty’s physical transformation deserves a special shout out. He nails different looks with ease and looks very convincing, especially as a young man whose love is not reciprocated. Sanjana Doss stands out with her very special performance. Tukali Santosh makes you laugh in places; Abhishek Srikanth, who plays Dheekshith’s best friend, also leaves an impression. Raghu Ramakoppa and Prakash Tumminadu also make a comedic impact.Love is the central theme of KTM, which portrays different emotions of youngsters, especially college-goers. The movie has been made keeping in mind both college students and their parents and can be enjoyed by both in theatres.
