The praise for Raj B. Shetty's 'Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana' has been seeing no end as it finds a new celebrity admirer. The gangster-drama had charmed the maverick Ram Gopal Varma recently who had taken to social media to sing praises for the film, albeit in his own quintessential ways. Following this, popular Telugu/Hindi actor Rana Daggubati has come out expressing his admiration for the Raj and Rishab Shetty starrer.

When a fan urged Rana Daggubati to take some time out and watch 'Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana' so that he could spare a few words about the recent hit, the 'Bheemla Nayak' actor replied instantly to confirm that he has, indeed, watched the film and even loved it! "It's awesome loved it!!" wrote Rana in his tweet.

Not very long ago, ace filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, who could well be declared the founder of the Mumbai gangster genre through films like 'Satya', 'Company', and 'Sarkar', wrote a rather quirky note for director 'Raj B. Shetty' which brimmed with praised nevertheless. Terming the latter's performance in the film as "metamorphic", the film as "stratospheric", and the overall effect as "Ultrascopic", Ram Gopal Varma declared his affection for the film in ways that one he could manage.

'Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana', a gritty tale of transgression set in the heart of Mangaluru, received heaped praise from all over the country with many noted names such as Anurag Kashyap, critics Namrata Rao and Anupama Chopra, and others speaking highly of the film. From Raj B. Shetty central performance and direction to the overall cinematic effect of the film, there's been a lot to savor about the film which became one of 2021's biggest commercial successes.
