Vijay Deverakonda is gearing up for his next big project, a spy action thriller tentatively titled 'VD12', directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, known for his work on 'Jersey'. The film is currently in the pre-production phase.
According to recent media reports, we recently completed a month-long shooting schedule in Vizag, and the next phase of filming is set to commence in Sri Lanka.
The crew will be shooting in various cities across the island nation. This schedule is expected to feature some intense action sequences.
The team, including Vijay Deverakonda and Gowtam Tinnanuri, is preparing for this crucial schedule and will be traveling to Sri Lanka this week. They plan to shoot for approximately 20 to 30 days.

Bhagyashri Borse is expected to be the female lead in this cop drama film, although further details about the film remain under wraps. Fans are eagerly awaiting more information about the plot and characters. Vijay Deverakonda, in his recent public appearance, was seen with a heavy beard, suggesting it may be for his role in the film. The film is expected to be released by the end of the year.

In addition to his work on 'VD12', Vijay Deverakonda recently made a notable appearance in Nag Ashwin's mythological sci-fi film, '
Kalki 2898 AD'. In this film, he took on the role of Arjuna from the Mahabharata era. His scenes, set in the Kurukshetra War, featured action sequences with a de-aged Amitabh Bachchan, who played Ashwatthama. This special appearance has been well-received by fans.
Additionally, Vijay has also announced his two more films, tentatively known as 'SVC59' and 'VD14'.
