Rinse the rice

Begin by thoroughly rinsing 1 cup of rice under cold water to remove any dirt and impurities. This step ensures that your rice gel is clean and free of any unwanted particles.

Soak the rice

Place the rinsed rice in a bowl and cover it with 2 cups of water. Let it soak for about 30 minutes. This helps to soften the rice and release its beneficial nutrients.

Boil the rice

Transfer the soaked rice and water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Once it reaches a boiling point, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the rice is fully cooked and soft, typically around 15-20 minutes.

Blend the rice

Allow the cooked rice to cool slightly. Then, place the rice and the leftover water into a blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more water to help it blend more easily.

Incorporate honey and vitamin E oil

Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil to the mixture. Honey is a natural humectant and antioxidant, which helps to keep the skin moisturized and youthful. Vitamin E oil promotes skin healing and provides additional anti-aging benefits.

Final touches

Stir in 1 teaspoon of rose water and 2-3 drops of your favorite essential oil (optional) for fragrance and added skin benefits. Rose water helps to balance the skin's pH and has anti-inflammatory properties. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
