There's a newfitness challenge that's going viral in the world of social media. Shrimp Squats are single-leg squats that test balance, strength, flexibility, and aren’t an easy feat to conquer. Here’s how to do the exercise that makes one resemble the crustacean it’s named after.

Do it right:
*Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart
*Keeping one leg on the ground, hold the other behind by the ankle or toe using the corresponding hand
*Now try and squat
*You can use both your hands to hold the leg behind, depending on your fitness level
*Keep your back straight, and core engaged
*Repeat with the other leg
*Remember that the folded knee should touch the ground when you squat
