WWE Legend to play a major role in Money in the Bank 2024

WWE Superstars, even though retired, have always made their presence known during Premium Live Events (PLE) and Money in the Bank is gearing up to see one of the finest Divas to have graced the ring, play a major role in it.
This year’s Money in the Bank will be held in the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada which also happens to be the place which Trish Stratus calls home! Trish has been a fan favorite ever since she joined the roster and has played a major role in shaping up the Divas division the way it is today.
As announced on her website, Trish Stratus will be hosting the WWE Money in the Bank this year. On July 4, she revealed a teaser about it, and finally made a full announcement about her involvement with the event later on.

Trish Stratus was last seen in the ring last year when she went up against Becky Lynch in a Steel Cage match, a bout that fans will remember for a good while to come now. And given how she’s all geared up to host the PLE this year, it goes on to show how important and closely associated she is with the company.
During a Q&A session with Going Ringside, the Diva mentioned that she and Lita don’t consider themselves to be retired. Despite not being available for full-time roles with the Stamford-based promoter, they’re still always ready to help out in whatever way possible.
Apart from hosting the event Trish Stratus will be available at the Smackdown Kickoff show as well. Fans on X have shown their excitement about the news and cant seem to contain their excitement. One fan said, “That’s going to be the chef’s kiss of the night,” while another added, “Money in the Bank just got even better.”
There’s also a rumor that Stratus will help Zoey Stark win the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, and eventually challenge for the Women’s Championship. Stark is known for her high flying abilities and the high-octane performance that she puts up, so it’s no surprise that she’s being considered as one of the performers to win the match.
This year’s Money in the Bank is anticipated to be one of the biggest editions of the event so farm, and its believed that more than 17,000 people are supposed to be in attendance at this PPV. How the former Diva impacts the event remains to be seen.
