Google allows users to redeem Play Points for rewards from this popular game

Google has partnered with Pokemon Go-maker Niantic for the Pokémon GO Fest 2024 event in New York City, US. The live event is set to start on July 14. As a part of this partnership, Google Play Point members will be able to redeem points for rewards and goodies. These rewards will be for both in-person attendees and online players. Apart from the US, some of the rewards will be available in other countries including -- the UK, Germany, Japan, Brazil and South Korea.

Exclusive Partner Research: Whether you’re planning to join in New York City or online, Google Play Points members can redeem their points for exclusive Partner Research that grants a unique Pokémon experience.This research includes an encounter with the Fire Child Pokémon, Charcadet, as well as the chance to earn XP, Stardust, and an Incubator.
Google Play Wildcard: Gold+ Google Play Points members attending Pokémon GO Fest 2024 in New York City will be able to register for their Wildcard. This will be their VIP pass for a chance to win exclusive merchandise, meet-and-greets, and prizes at the Google Play booth.
Points Exchange for Pokémon GO Fest Collection: Starting later this week, Google Play Points members can redeem points for hats, tote bags, and pins from the official Pokémon GO Fest collection.

All Google Play Points members with an event ticket can visit the lounge and win exclusive rewards at the Google Play booth on Randall’s Island during all three days of Pokémon GO Fest 2024: New York City.
Exclusive 100 Thieves Meet-and-Greets: Gold+ Google Play Points members can pre-register for the opportunity to meet 100 Thieves creators such as Valkyrae, Ylona Garcia, Fuslie, and more.
Pokémon x 100 Thieves Collection Giveaway: Gold+ Google Play Points members can also claim exclusive T-shirts and hoodies from a limited reprint of the Pokémon x 100 Thieves collection at the Google Play booth. This will be a limited quantity on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gold+ Google Play Points members can also stop by the Google Store in Chelsea, New York to buy apparel from the Pokémon x 100 Thieves collection.
Players who won’t be able to attend the live event Google Play Points members across the US can tune in to the event live streams on the Play Store for a chance to win surprise drops.
