Exclusive - Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestant Love Kataria on Elvish Yadav's advise to him for the show; says 'He asked me to be real, raw and have lots of fun inside'

Last year, popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav made history by winning Bigg Boss OTT season 2 as the first wildcard contestant to lift the trophy. This year, the show has welcomed Love Kataria, another popular YouTuber known for being a close friend of the controversial influencer Elvish Yadav. Before entering the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house, Love Kataria spoke exclusively to ETimes TV.He opened up about how his friend Elvish Yadav motivated him to join the show, discussed his strategies for navigating the house, and shared more insights about his upcoming journey on the reality show.
Did you take inspiration from Elvish to be on the show?
There’s no inspiration as such we believe in brotherhood. Last year Elvish participated as a contestant, this year I’ve come, next year maybe someone else from our team will join.
On taking tips from Elvish for Bigg Boss OTT 3
He did not give me any tips as such but definitely told me that complete your journey in a good way and treat it like a vacation. Acche se dhedh Mahine ki chutti kaat ke aa andar, Mauj kaat ke aa. He asked me to be real, raw and have lots of fun inside the house. He was very happy when he came to know that I was doing the show.
Reason for saying yes to Bigg Boss OTT 3
I believe in doing something new every year and this time I was not getting anything exciting so when the offer of Bigg Boss came my way, I said let’s try it.
On doing household chores: Mujhe logon ko acche se pagal bannana aag hai
Yes, I can cook Maggie so that I can do easily, Aur Mujhe logon ko acche se pagal bannana aag hai. Main ye do cheezein bahut acche se banaunga. I don’t shy away from doing household chores in fact, I enjoy doing it.
On having any fears before going inside? Darenge toh tab jab kuch galat kiya ho
I have always led a fearless life and I will do the same inside the show. Darenge toh tab jab kuch galat kiya ho. I’ve not done anything wrong so I am not scared of anything.
On recent controversies with Elvish Yadav and is he ready be in a spotlight?
Yes, there have been few controversies off late and I know in future spotlight will be on me. I am ready for it. There is no pressure of being watched 24/7 because I also do daily vlogging and I also show how I’m in my real life. For me Bigg Boss will be like a daily Vlog and I am going inside with zero pressure.
How will he react if someone flirts or expresses love for him? - It is a big no for me
I am not going to entertain anyone’s feelings and there will be no love story for me inside the house as I am in a very committed relationship for the past 7 years. So it is a big no for me.
On dealing with fights - I can’t raise hands on anyone
People who will try to purposely pick fights with me, I will react to them in their own language. Unko unka sabak Tabhi de diya jaayega. Galtiyaan ko maafi nahi hoti, dekhenge Tabhi ki kya galti ki hai aur accordingly karenge. I can’t raise hands on anyone, I won’t do that and I don’t even like getting violent but there are many other aye to teach someone a lesson. Aise he sharam ke maare chup hojaayenge.
Dealing with trolls - I don’t get affected, it zero percent affects me
I don’t get affected to trolling or trolls. I have become thick skinned now and in fact none of my friends react to trolling. People can keep talking and saying what they want I’m not going to react to anything. I don’t get affected, it zero percent affects me.
Favourites from previous season
I really liked Elvish Yadav’s season and I liked his journey. I had watched Gautam Gulati’s season and I liked his friendships with his boys gang. I enjoyed Prince Narula’s season I even liked him. Sidharth Shukla bhai was awesome. His season was also very good with Asim and him.
