Gujarat: Sports Minister recalls facilities provided by PM in 9 years

Amid BJP celebrating the 9th year of the Modi-led NDA Government’s ruling at the Centre, Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur on May 29 in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad recalled the facilities that were provided to the poor people in the country under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Counting the growth, the Sports Minister said that the PM gave 3.5 crore pakka houses to the poor people in the span of 9 years whereas toilet facilities were also provided to 12 crore families in last 4 years. “PM Modi gave 3.5 crore pakka houses in the span of 9 years to the poor people. He also fulfilled the dreams of the women. Situation amid lack of toilets was also severe. But PM Modi gave toilet facilities to 12 crore families, which was also very helpful for the women,” the Sports Minister said.
