FIR against BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya | K'taka govt files case over 'false' video on Rahul Gandhi

The Karnataka government has registered an FIR against the BJP’s IT cell chief, Amit Malviya over a video he posted against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. In his complaint, K'taka Congress accused Malviya of “conspiring to create enmity among voters” by spreading false information. The complaint was based on the following tweet by Amit Malviya on June 17. The complaint has been filed against Malviya, BJP national president J P Nadda, and BJP Chandigarh president Arun Sood.
