Mentally ill Youth deprived of treatment has to be chained in West Burdwan

A 25-year-old Saroj Paswan, a resident of West Burdwan has to be chained like an animal as the man is mentally ill and harms the people. Saroj's father said that he is an auto driver by profession, his income is low, so he is not able to get his son treated. He further said that leaving him free, saroj starts running in the area and also damages people's houses. Due to this, the people around complained about him. Suraj's father father demanded the administration to treat his son.
