Speaking on Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s remark on Gyanvapi, Advocate Subhash Nandan Chaturvedi and Advocate Madan Mohan Yadav representing the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi case welcomed the statement on July 31. “If there is Gyanvapi then there can’t be a masjid and if there is a masjid then it can’t be the word Gyanvapi. For the first time, a person sitting in the Parliamentary seat accepted this truth. The signs from mythology have been carved in the remains. All this shows there was a temple and you say that there was a mosque. We welcome the word ‘Gyanvapi Temple’ used by CM Yogi,” Advocate Subhash Nandan Chaturvedi told ANI. “The lateral part of Gyanvapi is the fractional remains of the Nagara style of temple architecture. The whole ‘Vastu’ resembles to the temple of Nagara style,” Advocate Madan Mohan Yadav said.
