Meghana was left devastated and was in a state of deep shock when she lost her husband Chiranjeevi Sarja in 2020. Now Meghana took to her Instagram handle to share a picture of her recent tattoo in which she got her late husband and son Raayan's name inked. The actress gave a glimpse of the tattoo on her wrist and captioned it as, 'My forever'. As soon as the pictures went viral on social media, reacting to it a user wrote, 'really osm Chiru+ raayan = meghana' while another wrote, 'god gives best of everything to u and lil royan mam....Lv u forever...'.
