Keralites gear up to celebrate 'Thrissur Pooram' festival

As Keralites prepare to celebrate the 36-hour-long Thrissur Pooram festival, the atmosphere is filled with joy and excitement. One of the highlights of the festivities was the majestic entry of the legendary elephant, Thechikkottukavu Ramachandran, carrying the idol of Naithalakkavu Bhagavathy. The massive animal stole the show as thousands of 'Raman' fans accompanied him in the procession. Onlookers from both sides of the road watched in awe as the elephant passed by. The festival attracted thousands of people who came together to revel in the celebration.
