'Indian EVMs...': Former CEC On Elon Musk, Mumbai 'Unlocking' Row I N Gopalaswami

Former Chief Election Commissioner of India, N Gopalaswami, refuted claims by Tesla CEO Elon Musk regarding the hacking of electronic voting machines (EVMs) used in Indian elections. Gopalaswami emphasized that the EVMs used in India are fundamentally different and their programming cannot be altered to facilitate hacking. In an interview to Times of India's Aditi Prasad, he explained the detailed mechanisms of Indian EVMs, asserting their robustness against tampering and reaffirming their integrity in the electoral process.
