We recently celebrated seven years at LHi for Associate Director and Munich Office Leader, Dan Perkins 🍻 We caught up with CEO, Jim Denning who said "Dan, take a bow… Today we celebrate seven years of service at LHi and get to highlight another amazing adventure at LHi Group.   Dan started with LHi as a rookie consultant in Munich and over those first few forming years saw some struggles as we all do, however it quickly became apparent that he was a very talented operator and saw huge success on the sales side. Dan’s star however, really started burning brightly, as he took the opportunity of venturing into the world of leadership. This path saw Dan climb to the position of Associate Director in 2022 and taking control of the Munich office. Dan then lent into making some difficult yet crucial decisions to get the right people into the right seats, aligned his proposition to suit the changing market conditions and made some key hires. The moves Dan has executed has created an office that is now alight with opportunity, success and crucially one where people truly want to belong. I couldn’t be more proud of what Dan has achieved at LHi and am even more excited for what the future holds for LHi Munich.
